ANDREW D. RUZZA

Andrew has over 19 years of experience with a focus on corporate and commercial law, business succession planning, estate planning, and commercial litigation. 

​

Andrew has extensive experience in handling franchise and distribution disputes, commercial landlord/tenant matters, commercial fraud, debt collection and enforcement, and a wide range of contractual and business relationship disputes. 

​

In addition to dispute resolution, Andrew is an advisor to a variety of small to medium privately-owned companies providing a wide range of services including shareholder and partnership agreements, estate freezes and rollovers, and representing buyer and seller interests in transactions involving the purchase and sale of shares or business assets.
